1. How long will it take to get my item(s)?
- You can expect your order to arrive in 2-3 business days! One of the perks of shopping with us is everything is on hand.
2. Can I return or exchange an item?
- We do not offer returns but we do offer a store credit ONLY if the item has a manufacture deficiency. Please contact us via email with a picture of the damaged/defected item within 5 business days of receiving your order. Contact us at shabrae.sh@gmail.com
3. What service do you use for shipping out your items?
- We use the USPS/United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for any damages during transportation from the USPS.
4. Do you ship internationally?
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
